DELIVERIES, RETURNS, and REFUNDS
DELIVERIES
The actual contribution to shipping costs is the amount indicated on the website www.grabottes.fr on the day the buyer makes the purchase. This amount is also shown at the checkout.
Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 working days after payment is received (unless otherwise stated on the website).
Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as transportation fees. We recommend combining all your items into a single order.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your ordered products to request a return for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
Shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Please note that no used and/or washed products can be returned and refunded.
These return conditions do not apply to gift cards or personalized items.
Any item personalized at the time of order cannot be returned.
To make a return request, please contact our Customer Service at contact@grabottes.fr or directly on the website through the "Contact Us" form, specifying the reason for your request and the order number concerned.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items that are originally defective or damaged. If you need to replace your item with the same one, please email us at contact@grabottes.fr and send your item to:

Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth over €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
